The door comprises a double-skinned panel (2, 4) filled with insulation (5). A circular hole is provided centrally, for a viewing porthole. Two sheets (6, 7) of tempered glass are placed in this porthole, one in front of the other to provide double-glazing. On the front of the door is fixed a third sheet (14) of tempered glass. This covers the door surface and is held by strips (15) around its edges. A gap is left between the door and the third glass sheet, permitting air to flow through holes (16) in the bottom and top retaining strips.
