PURPOSE:To enable the use of the same mold and improve the productivity by keeping the axial length of the rotor at constant irrespective of the motor output. CONSTITUTION:When the motor output is changed, the axial length L of a rotor is kept at constant by adjusting the stack depths l1.l2 of a rotor core 3 and the measurements m.n of an endring 4 at the arm side of the rotor core. By so doint, since the total axial length L of the rotor is standerdized, a mold can be used in common and the assembling work of a motor can be effected in the same line, thereby not demending the change of steps in the manufacturing process and increasing the productivity. |
