发明名称 PRODUCTION OF MAGNETIC ANISOTROPIC ALLOY MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the magnet of high performances at a high yield by subjecting the magnetic alloy, which is of multielement base, has magnetic anisotropy and exhibits 2-phase separation sturcture through spinodal decomposition, to heat-treatment in magnetic field under the temperature and time conditions suited to that composition. CONSTITUTION:The spinodal decomposition type alloy magnet of Fe-Cr-Co base is subjected to solution heat treatment at 1400 deg.C, after which it is subjected to aging treatment in the magnetic field of 2KOe at 670-690 deg.C. Following to this, it is subjected to multistage aging down to 500 deg.C so that its single alpha phase at high temperatures separates to two phases of different densities of fineness about several 100Angstrom ; the ferromagnetic alpha1 phase of Fe-Co rich and paramagnetic alpha2 phase of Cr rich, whereby it is magnetically hardened. In this case the formula for the chemical free energy of the alpha phase in the magnetic alloy is divided to the nonmagnetic term and magnetic term and further the formula is made by adding the term of free energy of magnetization of the aging in the magnetic field. As a result of this, the aging treatment is done by calculating the composition of the alloy and spinodal lines and selecting the composition conditions of the alloy in the magnetic field anisotropic region on the low temperature side of the curie temperature lines and the aging temperature conditions in the magnetic field.
