PURPOSE:To obtain the diaphragm featuring the larger elasticity and internal loss than the paper with no effect of humidity received, by securing mixture of the high- density polyethylene featuring the specific viscosity and in the specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The high-density polyethylene fiber featuring the melt index of 2g/10min or less is beaten by the disk refiner or the like to produce the synthetic pulp. And the high-elasticity fiber such as the carbon fiber, the glass fiber and the like in which the synthetic pulp occupies the rate of 70wt% or more, is used for composition. The composite sheet is produced by mixing the synthetic pulp, the carbon fiber and others together, and then molded into the cone shape through the heat pressing or the like. Thus the synthetic pulp is fused. As a result, the speaker diaphragm can be obtained with the high elasticity and high rigidity. |
