A service trolley for process equipment has support castors (1) on pivots (15) to lower the trolley frame onto the ground and align the support tools (6) and with the equipment. The pivot action is controlled by a threaded spindle (20) operated by a hand lever. The height control castors are at the front of the trolley nearest the equipment and the rear castors are height controlled by the drawbar of the trolley. The trolley is accurately positioned to withdraw heavy parts from the equipment, such as cutting rollers and chopping blades, with the parts drawn from the equipment by threaded pullers on the trolley, and by support frames.
