Fuel injection system for IC engine - determines actual fuel quantity injected by measuring movement of fuel regulator

The fuel injection system has the fuel regulating arm belonging to the speed controller coupled to the component that controls the amount of fuel injected. This arm is also connected directly to the moving part of the device that measures the current by which the fuel -quantity control component is open, i.e. that measures the quantity of fuel injected. This direct connection ensures that the measuring device measures only the actual quantity. Any movement of the control component (4) results in a proportional movement of the moving part (24) of the measuring device connected to the regulating arm (6). The moving part may be a short circuiting ring that moves relative to the core of an induction coil (22).
