PURPOSE:To enhance the directivity by providing the partitioning part between the papermaking room and the papermaking liquid supply room with elimination of the eddy and the turbulence occured inside the papermaking tank and then securing extension for the arrangement of the fibers forming the diaphragm from the center part toward the fringe part. CONSTITUTION:Papermaking mold 1 of the cone-type diaphragm is formed so as to secure the up-down movement within papermaking tank 2 via the expansion and contraction of rod 11a of air cylinder 11, and partitioning part 21 formed with the plate material containing a number of small holes drilled is provided near the bottom surface of tank 2. And supply opening 22 is provided at the lower side of part 21 for the papermaking liquid of the pulp or the like. At the same time, overflow tray 23 is provided over the entire outer circumference of upper edge part 2a of tank 2, and thus the pulp liquid overflown from part 2a is received at tray 23 to be returned to the liquid tank. As a result, the radial formation is secured for the fibers of the diaphragm received the papermaking form the center toward the outer circumference, thus enhancing both the directivity and the Young's modulus. |
