<p>PURPOSE:To decrease a nitrogen oxide while stabilizing combustion by a mechanism wherein auxiliary burners are arranged on the outer circumference near a main burner. CONSTITUTION:The one portions of heating air in wind boxes 2 flow into air feed courses 2a for gas burners as air for combustion to the gas burners 6, while air flowing in secondary air nozzles 9 is given turning effort by means of turning blades 13 and flames and air are excellently mixed. Mixed gas manufactured by mixing exhaust gas G with the said air for combustion flows into exhaust gas mixing air nozzles 10, combustion temperatures are lowered, and the quantity of NOx formed is decreased. Air for combustion to a main burner 1 and auxiliary burners 7 is jetted from primary air nozzles 12. The air for combustion is also utilized for the auxiliary burners 7, and the main burner 1 stably burns by the auxiliary combustion of the auxiliary burners 7.</p> |
