The invention concerns a regulator concept for regulating the primary flow at heat exchangers in district heating systems, which concept under average loading enables a low return temperature and a slight flow as compared to conventional systems and which under low loading enables a correct registration of the heat consumption. These advantages are achieved according to the invention in that the regulator equipment, which contains a regulator 1, a motorised valve 4 and one or more pickups 2, 3, when the setpoint of the motorised valve exceeds a predetermined value, operates by a normal regulator function, which produces a regulation free of oscillation, and when it falls below the predetermined value, it switches to a two-position regulation. <IMAGE> |
