PURPOSE:To make it possible to take a beam scan easily by inherently vibrating a subordinate reflex mirror formed of an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:Subordinate reflex mirror 2 formed on an elastic material is inherently vibrated by standing wave generators 9a and 9b. As a result, the shape of subordinate reflex mirror 2 changes as shown by (a), (b) and (c) and a radio wave emitted from primary radiator 4 is reflected by subordinate reflex mirror 2 and then main reflex mirror 1 in corresponding directions. Consequently, a beam scan can be taken on one surface. Further, the beam can be scanned in any direction by turning subordinate reflex mirror 2 on the rotation axis of main reflex mirror 1 by rotation unit 8. |
