<p>PURPOSE:To make smaller a tank containing a semiconductor stacker by providing a tank wall along the shape of a pressuring member installed on an end of a cylindrical member into which the semiconductor stacker can be inserted. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical member 19A, a flange 20 and a bottom plate 22 are welded, the flange 20 and a plate 3A are tightened with bolts 21 together and pressured. A tank 16A is closely fitted in a proper distance with the joint body of the cylinder 19A, the flange 20 and the bottom plate 22. A slit is provided on the cylinder 19A to fit slits 24 of passages of connectors 11 and 12, semiconductor elements 10 and cooling pieces 9 on in order. This constitution distributes reaction forces of the elements 10 and the cooling pieces 9 evenly to the cylinder 19A, the plate 3A and the bottom plate 22, and therefore these can be of a thin plate. The cylinder 19A and the tank 16A can be also closely fitted to make the tank smaller and reduce the filling quantity of a coolant, which makes the tank light.</p> |
