<p>PURPOSE:To improve performance and productivity of a rotor by using triple resin whose main components are an epoxy compound and vinyl-ester resin as basic resin for a molding material, and inorganic filler and monofilament as a filling material. CONSTITUTION:One of the main components of triple resin comprises 40-70% of vinyl-ester resin obtained by reacting methacrylic acid or acrylic acid with 100 weight parts of an epoxy compound such as bisphenol A type, novolak type, and the like, as basic resin for a molding material. The other components of the triple resin are 20-50% of terephthalic-acid-system unsaturated polyester resin and 10-20% of diallyl-phthalate resin. As a filling material, are mixed 80-100 weight parts of an inorganic filling material whose diameter is 0.5-60mum and 1-10 weight parts of monofilament having a diameter of 20mum and less of total weight after the fiber has been mixed with basic resin. In this way, the performance of a cup-type motor can be improved, and the productivity and economy can be also improved.</p> |
