PURPOSE:To realize a small size and high accuracy for the GT-cut crystal oscillator by suppressing the vibration energy loss. CONSTITUTION:The consideration is given to the conditions under which the deviation amount becomes nearly zero at the support part for the GT-cut crystal oscillator. And thus it is found that the ratio between width W1 of the support part and width W0 of the crystal plate must be set larger than 0.75. Furthermore, it is found that the deviation amount is made zero according to the form of the support part and also based on the consideration through the finite element method. With such ideal support part, the supporting problem can be solved for the GT-cut crystal. Thus a small-size and high accuracy crystal oscillator can be obtained with about 0.8MHz-5MHz. In addition, the mass productivity can be increased owing to the structure capable of the unified formation. |
