The closure device is for a bulk goods outlet or through passage for an oscillating delivery plant and silos. It uses a closure cover which is rigid and can be pressed against the appropriate aperture. This cover comprises a plate which in the closed position is pressed vertically against the aperture by a linear movement. This movement is produced by a pneumatic cylinder a hydraulic cylinder or an electro-magnet. Between the aperture and the closure plate edge a slightly elastic ring seal is fitted.
