<p>The system utilises the heat, particularly from a solar heat collector, by eans of a heat exchanger and/or heat pump. The heat source is formed by a road surface over which vehicles travel. The road surface may esp. be made of asphalt or blacktop material, haet exchange taking place by means of pipes laid in the material, and through which a heat-transfer medium of low freezing-point flows. Plastics can be used for the pipes, of which there can be a large number, connected to larger manifolds.</p> |
