A flush mounted test station for providing access to test leads associated with underground piping, cables and the like comprises a hollow tubular housing 12 supporting a carrier insert at a recessed end thereof, the carrier insert defining an airtight pocket in which a terminal block member 22, on which the test leads may be attached, is supported by means of a clip 27. Entrapped air in the airtight pocket 20 of the housing prevents ingress of water.
