Pastry rolling machine - with conveyor group forming triangular rolling space

Rolled pastry is formed from freshly baked thin sugared wafers on an endless belt or cord conveyor by two gps. of endless conveyors above it which enclose a triangular wrapping space. The flat pieces of pastry are laid on a conveyor. A pressure roll causes the pastry to turn upwards as it reaches the triangular space between two endless cord conveyors which both move clockwise. A sensor initiates the control of the actuator which swings the conveyor anticlockwise as the dia. of the roll rises. The rear conveyor is swivelled clear to discharge the finished roll to another conveyor. This plant requires no mandrel for the rolling operation so that the pastry is exposed to less mechanical stress and the shape can be chosen with a greater freedom of choice.
