Mine working machine drive unit support mechanism - has tilt device for support frame adjustable on sloping seams

A mounting for the drive unit is fitted so as to have variable slope on a skid-supported frame. It is used on an advancing conveyor and/or mineral-extracting assembly, on an incline in a mine. The mounting unit (16) is fitted on the support frame (15), so as to tilt about an axis aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the machine (12), with a tilting device (34) for this. The latter pref. comprises a hydraulic thrust piston gear unit. Adjustability is enhanced and the cutting horizon can be accurately controlled, esp. for a planing assembly with block guying.
