<p>The mechanism is operated by handle (3) hinged on axle (4) connecting two jaws (2) protruding from the front face of base plate (1). The shorter arm (24) of the handle (3) has a link bar (26) jointed on axle (25) with sidewise protruding guide lugs (22) sliding in recess (23) of base plate (1) and cylindrical carrier lug (20) engaging with opening (19) in push rod link (8). The push rod link (8) as well as its counterpart push rod link (7) are sliding in slot between recessed part (6) of the base plate (1) and cover plate (12) fixed by screws (12) to the rear of the base plate (1). Part of the push rod links (7, 8) is provided with toothings (14) engaging with pinion (15) on pivot (16). Translatory movement induced by movement of the carrier lug (20) rotates the pinion (15) and its rotary movement slides the push rod ring (7) in opposite direction.</p> |
