<p>Prodn. of pigments with improved dispersibility, which are recovered or prepd. in aq. phase, by addn. of surfactants (I) is carried out by adding (I) to the aq. pigment paste directly in the charging zone of a drier, which is separate from the actual drying zone in which the coated pigment is then dried. (I) can be added to only pt. of the pigment charge. After drying, the coated and uncoated charges are mixed and milled together. Various (I) can be added consecutively. The pigment is ferrocyanide blue. The coating process is simple and not harmful to the environment.</p> |
