<p>There is a carrying eyelet, scissors-type support arms which have gripping jaws for the workpiece and a device for the controlled cutting off and releasing of the jaws relative to the workpiece. The operating/release device (16-21) is in the form of a stepped controller, stepping mechanism etc., whose operating cycle runs in a sequence from operating position-open-deflecting-operating position-closed-deflecting back to the operating position.</p> |
