<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate sawing action by a method wherein a coolant and a lubricant can be discharged from the interior of a saw body to cutting edges, and to improve silencing effect by a combination of circular saw elements different in saw body thickness. CONSTITUTION:Guide grooves 22 are cut in the inside surface 12 of a saw body 10, and inlet holes 18 for a coolant and a lubricant are formed in the outside surface 14. The coolant and lubricant are driven by pumps, fed in from feed pipes 52 and 52' of feeders, and charged into the holes 18 through holes 60 and 60' of distributors 54 and 54' and through a flange 56. The coolant and lubricant pass through the grooves 22 and a peripheral groove 24, and are discharged from discharge holes 28 at the root portions of cutting edges 26, not only for fooling and lubrication but for effectively blowing away the sawdust, thereby to facilitate sawing action. The circular saw consists of plural saw elements different in saw body thickness.</p> |
