<p>The air dust filter, employing preseparation of the particles by centrifugal force and automatic cleaning, comprises an outer cylinder 1 with its lower part closed by a horizontal bottom 2, while its upper part enters a concentric cylindrical casing 3 containing filter elements 4 and the rotary device 5 for distributing cleaning air blown in countercurrentwise so that the air which is propelled or drawn out entering tangentially inside the cylinder 1 follows a double trajectory inside the latter, one descending and peripheral, in which the centrifugal force lays down a proportion of the particles, and the other rising and central, vertically in line with the concentric casing so as to be freed from the residual dust, the particles and dusts thus removed or retained being discharged through an ejection nozzle 9 placed tangentially in the lower part of the casing 1, the said dust being collected by means of a rotary arm 11. <IMAGE></p> |
