A vaccine composition comprising a sub-cellular antigenic fraction of Bordetella Bronchiseptica protecting swine against the incidence and severity of atropic rhinitis. The fraction is obtained by aqueous extraction of a cell paste of a Bordetella Bronchiseptica strain at elevated temperature, digesting the supernatant fluid with RNase and DNase and dialysing the digested fluid.
