摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an armature winding of a non-integral slot chain winding by selecting a coil pitch and coil section as a fixed relation wherein the coil group of double couple pole of each phase is formed as well as the relationship of the number of slots per pole per phase and the number of coils are made as a fixed one. CONSTITUTION:The number of slots per pole per phase of a polyphase rotary machine is indicated as q=A+(B/C) (A and B are a prime number each other). With A>=O and B/C is 1/4, and in case of four poles 21 slots, the number of slots will be q=27/(4+3)=2+1/4. As for U phase, a chain winding coil is five pieces of U1 through U5 and generally, will be AX2+1. A coil U1 stretches over slot of numbers 16 and 22 and a coil U2 stretches over slots of numbers 23 and 2 form a pair of pole. Coils U3 and U4 each stretches over slots of numbers 3 and 8, and 1 and 10, plus a coil U5 stretches over slots of numbers 9 and 15 will be the other pair of pole to form four poles. The coil U4 will generally be qX4 by pitch 9. And the number of windings will be about the half and the section will be the half of the other coils because the coil U4 is accommodated with a side of an adjacent coil in the same slot.
