PURPOSE:To improve producibility by making an adjustment of an oscillation frequency while piezoelectric vibrators are mounted on a longish tape. CONSTITUTION:On flexible tape 15 with tape feed sprocket holes 13 and piezoelectric vibrator guide holes 14, piezoelectric vibrators 1 are arranged by adhesive tape 16. Next, tape 15 is wound around reel 18 together with spacer tape 17. This reel 18 is installed in a frequency adjuster for work. This unit consists of vacuum container 19, exhaust unit 20, tape takeup units 21 and 22, tape feed units 23 and 24, bypass rollers 25 and 26 for the spacer tape, and frequency adjustment part 27 by metal vapor-deposition. Then, vibrators 1 are fed in sequence and while their oscillation frequencies are measured, oscillation frequencies are adjusted by vapor- depositing metal. Thus, the producibility can greatly be improved. |
