PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of drain-source voltage current characteristics by using two FET's whose drain and sources have reversely been connected. CONSTITUTION:Two FET's 3 and 4 are used and the drains and sources of FET's 3 and 4 are connected reversely. Between the gates and sources of FET's 3 and 4, capacitors 5 and 6 with sufficiently-high impedance in an aimed frequency range are connected, and respective gates are applied with control voltages via resistances 7 and 8 as sufficiently-high impedance. Therefore, the resistance between terminal 1 supplied with signals and the earth varies with a control voltage applied between terminal 2 and the earth. The above-mentioned formation makes it possible to improve the linearity of the resistance value between terminal 1 and the earth by canceling the non-linearity of each drain-source voltage current characteristics. |
