<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated electric coil simply by holding a tube in a ring- shaped, inserting wire into one opening of the tube, drawing out the wire from the other opening, reinserting the wire into the former opening, and repeating the procedure. CONSTITUTION:Wire 12 is supplied from a roll 14, and inserted into an opening 7 of an insulating tube 6, by way of a guide ring 15 and the gap between a friction rolls 8 and 10. Then, the end of the wire 12 is exposed from an opening 7' and reinserted into the opening 7 through the gap between the rolls 8 and 10. A coil 4 having desired number of turns is formed by driving the loop-shaped wire bundle and the friction rolls. The coil 4 is cut from the wire 12 with terminals 16 and 16' of the coil 4 being retained, and taken out of a groove 1 of a retaining frame 2. Insulating tape is wound around the exposed portion of the coil 4, or it is covered by shifting a thermoplastic tube 5 which is previously installed loosely. Then, heat is applied to give insulation and the work is finished. In tis constitution, a coil whose insulation layer is uniformalized and which has high insulating property can be obtained economically.</p> |
