PURPOSE:To obtain the title accident section detecting device which can eliminates a power failure except in an accident section or allows only a short-time power failure by detecting the accident section by a master station and opening a section switching machine by a slave station as the accident section. CONSTITUTION:In the section as the master station among sections obtained by dividing the system of three-phase power distribution lines 1a-1c, a detecting means for the zero-phase components of the voltages and currents of the power distribution lines 1a-1c and the phase component of the voltage or current of one optional phase and a phase different detecting circuit 2 for the zero-phase component and phase component are provided. In a section as a slave station, on the other hand, a detecting means for the zero-phase components of currents of the power distribution lines 1a-1c and the phase component of the voltage or current in phase with the one optional phase and a phase difference detecting circuit 8 for the zero- phase component and phase component are provided. The circuits 2 and 8 are provided with arithmetic units 4 and 10 and communication devices 5 and 11 connected thereto. The phase difference between the zero-phase component and phase component of the master station is compared with the phase difference between the zero-phase component and phase component of the slave station which inputs them through the communication devices 5 and 11 to detect the accident section by the master station. At the same time, a command is sent to the slave station as the accident section to open the section switching machine. |
