<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a high combustion heat of waste matter, by adding powdered or granular inorganic substance to the solid waste matter contained synthetic macromolecule and heating and mixing the above matter and then, using formed solid mixture for the raw material and fuel at the time of manufacturing cement clinker. CONSTITUTION:Powdered or granular substances, such as limestone, silica sand, clay etc., are added to the solid waste matter containing synthetic macromolecule or more, 450 deg.C and the above matter is heated at a temperature of 120 deg.C or more, preferably 180 deg.C or less and is mixed. Next, formed solid mixture is burnt in the cement plant and combustion heat is used for the heat source of cement clinker calcination. Remaining inorganic substance by the combustion of the solid mixture, is dispersed in the raw material of the cement clinker and is mixed. Also, in case of being contained PVC in the solid waste matter, hydrochloric acid removing treatment is carried out at the time of manufacturing the solid mixture. By the above method, heavy metals are dispersed and fixed in the clinker and the elution of the above metals is prevented.</p> |
