PURPOSE:To ensure the sealing-up state after opening a high-pressure gas cylinder, by providing a mechanism for tightly fitting a seal plate on a packing provided with a seal plate breaking needle and by equipping the mechanism with a tight fitting release mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure cylinder 1 is housed in a container 2. The container is screwed into a holder 3. When the top 10 of the cylinder is inserted into the recess 30 of the holder, a seal plate 11 for the cylinder is broken by a needle 5 on a packing 4 and high-pressure gas flows out of the cylinder 1 through a passage 31. At that time, the container 2 is tightly screwed into the holder 3 or a bottom plate 21 is screwed into the container 2 to tightly fit the broken seal plate 11 on the packing 4 through the medium of a screw rod 7 in the bottom plate 21 to prevent spontaneous leakage of the gas from the seal plate 11. This results in ensured sealing-up after unsealing.
