A limiter for limiting the electron beam current induced by an image reproducing kinescope is composed of means for driving a control voltage representing the magnitude of current induced by the kinescope from the high voltage supplying device, amplfying means for combining the luminance signals and chrominance signals to drive color signals and clamping means copuled to the amplifying means for clamping a predetd. cct. point of the amplifying means to the control voltage to control the operating point of the amplifying means.
