The derivs. are of formula (I) in which R1 is 1-4C alkylthio, alkylsulphinyl or alkylsulphonyl, R2 is 1-4C alkyl, R3 is 1-4C alkyl or 2-4C alkenyl, and X is a 5-8C alicyclic gp. contg. 1 or 2 N atoms and is directly joined to the amino N by a 1-3C alkylene gp. They act on the central nervous system by blocking post-synaptic dopamine receptors in treatment of vomiting, depression, anxiety and certain psychotic states, and are made by reacting a cpd. of formula (II) in which Z is halogen, OH or OR, and R is an active gp., with an amine of formula X-NH2.
