<p>PURPOSE:The title vessel designed to store fresh products for a suitable period simply, comprising a pallet, a cover for piled food, and an exhausting unit. CONSTITUTION:The air ejector 5a of the exhausting unit 5 is provided on the outer surface of the exhaustion hole 2 at the center of the pallet 1 with the top frame wall 4 and the long side walls 3 along the bottom sides. The ejector 5a is connected to the compression pump 5c detachably via the hose 5b. The boxes 6 with a number of through-holes containing the vegetables, fruits, and fishes and shellfishes a are piled on the pallet 1 to a suitable height, and convered with the rigid synthetic resin cover 7. The edges 8 of the cover 7 are bound to the peripheries of the wall 4 of the pallet 1 detachably airtight. The humidifying unit 11 comprising the water reservoir 11a and the ventilating air inlet 11c whose one end is immersed in the water b in the reservoir 11a to introduce the open air from the throttle unit 11b is provided to prevent the food from drying due to evaporation of water.</p> |
