Mobile dock crane with tower and tipper boom - has hydraulic cylinders in form of combined pivot cylinder arrangement

The mobile crane is esp. a mobile dock crane with a top carriage which can turn about a vertical axis with a counter weight. A tower is hinged to the top carriage so that it can pivot in a vertical plane. A tipper boom is hinged to the tower and can pivot in the same vertical plane. Hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the tower to control the tipper boom in the crane operation and for pivoting the boom and the tower. The cylinders are in the form of a spreadable and compressible combined pivot cylinder arrangement which is hinged to the tipper boom on one side and to the tower on the other below the tipper boom hinge point.
