Light for vehicle using several light sources - appearing uniform through overlapping set of Fresnel lenses

The light has a several light sources to produce a single optical signal. The sources share a common window that has Fresnel lenses but each source has its own Fresnel lens. The lenses overlap so that if one source fails the remaining sources provide an adequately uniform intensity distribution when viewed from the outside. Each Fresnel lens consists of concentric circles about an optical axis. Each lens has faces for horizontal and/or vertical scattering. The lenses are formed by square or rectangular prisms and they can be either convex or concave.
