<p>The tightening and/or holding equipment is for orthopaedic work on jaws, being particularly in the form of a brace with double hook and lengthwise groove for tooth wires. It was a foot portion (3) corresponding to the brace with hooks (1, 4), there being no flange lugs to act as mounting feet. A small baseplate (5) with woven underlay (6) and with a central arched portion (7) can be spot-welded to the brace between the hooks and secured under one of them by an inserted plate of sheet solder (8).</p> |
