PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging and a wearness of the nozzle to keep a stable combustion by a method wherein a rotary element is arranged at the inner circumference of a base portion of a combustion nozzle, while the fuel is made to form a film shape along the entire inner circumferential surface of the nozzle by a centrifugal force and the fuel is passed and injected at a specified flow speed. CONSTITUTION:Rotary element 2 formed with a plurality of blades 3 having a twisting angle alpha is arranged at the base part of the fuel nozzle 1 and an annular flow passage 4 is formed. Fuel is fed from the fuel pipe 7 such that the flow speed at the annular flow passage 4 is 0.3-0.0015m/sec. The fuel is circulated by the blade 3, formed as a film shape extending along the entire inner circumferential surface of the drum type passage 5 by a centrifugal force and then injected. Film- like fuel is uniformly fine particles along the entire circumference of the nozzle by the compressed air etc. injected from the atomizing air flow nozzle 6 which is arranged concentrically with the combustion nozzle 1 and thereby the fuel is combustioned. Since the fuel is made to be a film-shape and injected at a low speed, a flow passage section area may be increased to prevent the clogging of the fuel nozzle 1 and the wearness at the inner circumferential surface is prevented. |
