Wave shed loom weft drive - uses combination of magnets to give low-friction drive action

The drive mechanism for the weft carrier in a wave shed loom incorporates a thrust magnet pole on the carrier, at least towards the weft carrier, with the thrust action triggered by >=1 thrust magnet of the same polarity facing it on the weft carrier. There is >=1 draw magnet for each thrust at a gap in front and behind them, in the direction of movement and parallel to it, with an opposing draw magnet on the weft carrier with an unlike polarity. The system gives a weft drive mechanism which gives little, friction wear.
