The dressing equipment is for high-speed grinder discs installed and ready for use, being detachably secured to the workpiece support and having a dressing tool adjustable in two planes at least. A roller (1) drives the grinder disc, being pref. driven via a rigid shaft from its own motor (2). The roller running surface is pressed against the disc, all the components forming a complete assembly on a mounting plate (5). The roller axis can be at right angles to that of the disc.
