The garden refuse grinder has an electric motor (9) inside the cylindrical housing (1) with a hopper (14) fitted on top of the housing. The axis of the motor (9) is fitted an angle of 20 to 40 deg. to the vertical axis (5) of the housing. The shaft end (9a) of the electric motor is fitted with a set of blades (8) mounted on a blade head (17). the hopper (14) has one wall (14a) parallel with the inclined motor axis (7) forming a convergent feeding chamber (3). At the lower end of the chamber (3) an arc-shaped counter blade (30) is fitted to the cylindrical wall (1a) by bolts (31). Between the blade head (17) the motor shaft a slipping clutch is provided. The grinder rests on a foot (12c) and moves on wheels (12).
