PURPOSE:To obtain the high-accuracy curved surface reflector panel through the simple manufacturing process by securing the foaming formation of the resin group together with the reinforcement material within the curved surface molding tool and then forming the reflecting surface on one side of the molded product. CONSTITUTION:Molding frame 7 is set into curved surface molding tool 6, and also reinforcement material 8 consisting of several sheets of plate material is set within frame 7. After this, the resin component of the urethane or the like mixed with the foaming agent is injected into frame 7 from injection device 9. Thus the foaming formation is performed. After completion of formation, the reflecting surface is formed on the surface of molded product 10 through the evaporation or the like. In such way, a curved surface panel featuring the necessary intensity and the metal mirror surface can be obtained in the high-accuracy and simple manufacturing process. |
