PURPOSE:To enable reaction to be uniformly carried out with a compacted apparatus by a method wherein partition plates are provided radially between a mirror finished cylindrical reaction tank and a light-emitting means provided overlappingly at the center of the reaction tank, and fluid is made to flow in the radius direction while meandering by the partition plates. CONSTITUTION:Gas or liquid is introduced through an introducing duct 5 into a reaction tank 2. While meadering in turn along partition plates 4a, 4b and moving, the gas or the liquid is irradiated to carry out photochemical reaction. Then the gas or the liquid which has been subjected to the photochemical reaction is discharged through a discharge duct 6. |
