PURPOSE:To enable main agent and a havdener to be completely mixed by a method wherein a mixing pipe is heated through which the hardener and the main agent of an epoxy resin paint are supplied by means of compressed air. CONSTITUTION:Main agent of an epoxy resin paint is supplied through a pipe 12 by means of compressed air. A hardener is supplied through a pipe 13 by means of compressed air. The pipes 12, 13 are connected to a mixing pipe 15 which is arranged in a bent state within a main body 10. A heating means 16 such as nichrome wire is wound on the outer circumference of the mixing pipe 15. A bent steel wire 18 is inserted into the mixing pipe 15. The hardener and the main agent of the epoxy resin paint which are transferred through the mixing pipe 15 are heated, while dividing by the steel wire 18, and transferred so that the hardener is completely mixed with the main agent. |
