PURPOSE:To enable cooling ventilation by employing a flow-through fan and rotating front and back casings to shift a ventilating route. CONSTITUTION:Inside fan boxes 4 and 5 communicating with airing ducts 13 and 14 are provided a heat exhanger 11 as well as flow-through fans 6 and 7. Around the flow-through fans 6 and 7 a sealing-up member 22 is arranged, and airing holes 16a, 16b, 19a and 19b for cooling ventilation which cross vertically with a ceiling and airing holes 23a, 23b, 25a and 25b for heat collection, parallel to the ceiling 1, are formed, while front and back casings 20a, 20b, 21a and 21b being provided in a rotation-free state. In conducting heat collection, the front and back casings 20a, 20b, 21a and 21b are turned to the positions shown in the figures so as to form a ventilating route passing through the heat exchanger 11. When the cooling ventilation is conducted at summer night etc., the front and back casings 20a, 20b, 21a and 21b are turned to open the airing holes 16a, 16b, 19a and 19b, while closing airing holes 23a, 23b, 25a and 25b, thus forming a through-ventilating route, not passing the heat exchanger 11. |
