<p>A long blank in the form of a tube for the carcasses of vehicle and bicycle tyres, is fitted, on the assembly machine with bead rings, before it is cut into endless bands. The tube is prepd. from cords embedded in rubber, and when cut into endless bands, the edges of the cords are turned over the bead wires and protectors are laid on. Used to increase considerably the productivity of tyre assembly. After the blanks have been assembled and cut to size, a number of tyres can be assembled simultaneously on the same machine.</p> |
