PURPOSE:To avoid the distortion and to increase the frequency characteristics, by using the fiber reinforced rein cone and providing the ring shaped rim at the bonding part with the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The cone 6 made of fiber reinforced resin has the ring shape rim 11 at the bonding part with the coil bobbin 4, and the bobbin 4 is bonded to the external surface of the rim 11, i.e., external circumference surface. The distortion of the cone 6 is avoided by providing the rim 11 to enable correct cone shape. Further, the flange 12 is provided at the upper end of the cone 6 and the flange 12 is supported to the frame 8 via the damper 7. As the fibers being raw material of the cone 6, carbon fiber 13 is used. No crimp is given to the carbon fiber 13, which crosses in straight line and rod shape, and to hold the shape, crimp is given to the glass fiber 14 and it shows wave shape. As to the type of resin, the resin having epoxy resin of thermosetting as major component is used. |
