PURPOSE:To reduce the distortion and to increase the frequency characteristics, by providing the ring shape rim for the bonding part of the bobbin with the fiber reinforced resin cone. CONSTITUTION:The cone 6 formed with fiber reinforced resin provided the rim part 11 of ring shape at the bonding part with the coil bobbin 4 and the bobbin 4 is bonded its internal surface, i.e., circumference surface. Further the rim part 11 shows the U shaped section having the groove 12. Further, as fibers being raw material of the cone 6, carbon fiber 13 is used. This carbon fiber 13 crosses in straight line and rod shape without crimp and the glass fiber has crimp for the shape hold to constitute the composition of wave shape. The composition like this has greater reinforced effect and greater specific stress E/rho, but is apt to have distortion of cone. Thus, rim part is placed to absorb the distortion. Thus, the frequency characteristics can be increased without the distortion of cone. |
