PURPOSE:To reduce the remarkable color shift and to reduce the effect by noise, even with a given time difference between the luminance signal and color difference signal, by forming the switching signal through the use of the luminace signal having the correlativity with the color difference signal. CONSTITUTION:The luminance signal Y fed to the terminal 18 is fed to LPF19 provided with the forming circuit 20 of the switching signal Sc to pick up the low band component YL, the band is selected almost the same band as the color difference signal (C-Y)L, the component YL is fed to the differentiation circuit 21 to form the differentiation output YL'. The output YL' is fed to the switching signal forming circuit formed with the differentiation circuit 26, and the first and second limiters 25, 27, to always keep constant the change in trailing and leading by the change of polarity of the switching signal Sc, the high band compensation signal output SCH when the differentiation output (C-Y)L' of the color difference signal (C-Y)L is switched is correctly corrected and the leading of the color difference signal (C-Y)W is made steep to prevent the deterioration of the color resolution. |
