<p>The drive system is used esp. for wagons which can be driven independently or towed. It is for wagons on rails or not railbound, esp. furnace wagons and others operating in high temp. industrial plant. Use is made of a plug connection (5) with the wagon (1) and there is a coupling (4) with the detachably connectable drive motor (M) connecting spur and wormgear drive, or bevel drive, (2, 3) transmitting a turning moment to the wheels. The coupling may be disconnectable. This is quickly applied and release, and easily manipulated.</p> |
